Departures every 30 minutes from Stop 1 - Bayside Marketplace starting at 9AM until 4PM. Alternatively, guests can board the bus at any of the stops along the route. Starting at 11:00 AM from Stop #1 - Bayside Marketplace Island Queen Cruises is located inside Bayside Marketplace through the main entrance straight towards the water. The ticket booth is located next to the music stage in the center of the mall and near Trade Winds Bar and Grill. Please arrive at the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure to receive your boarding passes. Ensure you have exchanged your voucher for a valid ticket from a member of Big Bus Staff. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations, timings and live bus tracking on the day of travel.
