Guests must present a digital voucher with the barcode. The driver will arrive at the hotel lobby and/or meeting point at a time previously confirmed at least 24 hours before the service. The name of the lead guest on the reservation will be provided. The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If guests are not contacted, a "NO SHOW" note will be left with the bellboy on duty. Availability must be verified with the operations department to reschedule the service for subsequent days. If this is not possible, a refund will be confirmed with the operations manager.
